I grew up in the South Carolina, where healing often started at home.

My grandmother relied on herbs as part of everyday life — for colds, stomach aches, and general care. She made salves for wounds, tinctures for wellness, and believed deeply in using what the earth provided.

 

Those early memories stayed with me.

 

Four years ago, after overcoming my own cancer journey, I felt called to return to those roots. I began revisiting what my grandmother taught — slowing down, researching, and reconnecting with traditional plant knowledge.

 

Today, this shoppe is my way of honoring that legacy.

I share herbs traditionally used within the Gullah Geechee community, focusing on education, self-care, and holistic wellness practices passed down through generations.
